Senior Executive Conference

The Brief

Fourth Wall Events were briefed to stage a Senior Executive Staff Conference that is to remain one of the best kept secrets and yet uses top Sydney locations and experiences.

The Approach

As the conference was designed to attract the premium end of the market, yet not attract a large amount of attention, Doltone House, Pyrmont Sydney, was selected. This enabled guests to enjoy lunch at the exclusive Flying Fish Restaurant.

During the day, executives participated in the custom designed conference program where they met and heard from selected VIP speakers. Partners were entertained by civil right’s lawyer and author Julian Burnside, while enjoying a special menu from one of Sydney’s top restaurants - Quay.

In the evening, Fourth Wall Events produced a special gala dinner at Bennelong Lawn. A raft of entertainment was incorporated including renowned pianist Simon Tedeschi who flew in from the USA to perform. During the evening Fourth Wall Events designed the entertainment so that Simon performed with Catherine Hunter and Raymond Crow, (an inventive shadow puppeteer), to the classic song ‘What a Wonderful World’. To top off the international flavour Sean Connolly from Astral Restaurant, designed and personally cooked the menu with influences from his recent Spanish tour.

The Results

The entire day ran without a hitch and the top minds of the country came and went in a low profile manner, which is exactly what the client wanted.
