Phantom of the Opera Launch
The Brief
The opening of Phantom of the Opera is always an occasion to celebrate and when JPMorgan wanted to host an exclusive opening night party they turned to long term event partners, Fourth Wall Events.
The night was to be elegant, exclusive, sophisticated and designed to appeal to both the theatre audience and the corporate market.
The Approach
As the guests has just experienced the amazing stage production the design had to reflect the show but not compete. Fourth Wall Events approached this by doing all elements on mass, from the urns filled with roses to an eighteen piece band, overflowing dessert stations with delicious treats created by the internationally renowned chef from the Sheraton on the Park.
No opening night would be complete without the stars of the show welcoming the guests and thanking them, and Anthony Warlow and Ana Marina giving the guests an insight into the production was a highlight of the night.
The Results
Guests indulged on the culinary delights, danced the night away and left with a truly unique theatrical experience. JPMorgan’s team was able to network and entertain their guests in style creating great business relationships for the future.
