MTV

The Brief

Fourth Wall Events have been delivering stage management solutions for MTV since 2007. In 2010 the new MTV Classic channel was launched and the solutions increased to include production management and technical direction.

The Approach

The event was staged in a theatre in the heart of Melbourne and was recorded for broadcasting on MTV. The night featured world class Australian and international bands and artists, including guitar hero Slash.

Dealing with hard core rock and roll legends to pop princess and their large entourages is all part of working with MTV and their multiple stakeholders. The stars have included 30 Seconds to Mars, Ashlee Simpson, Bernard Fanning, Eskimo Joe, Eve, Evermore, Good Charlotte, James Blunt, Kaiser Chiefs, Lee Harding, Pink, Rogue Traders, Russell Crowe, Shannon Noll, Sia, Silverchair, Slash, Teddy Geiger, The Darkness, The Fray, The Killers, The Veronicas, and Wolfmother.

The Results

The team at Fourth Wall Events handled the various rock stars and their requirements with patience, planning and flexibility to ensure their experience was thoroughly enjoyable.
