Carols In The Domain

The Brief

Fourth Wall Events are retained by Active TV to production manage and technically direct the Carols in the Domain concert. This outdoor live event is watched by over eighty thousand people in the Domain and broadcast nationally to over one million viewers, making it the biggest Christmas concert in Australia.

The Approach

A major challenge of this event is the outdoor nature of the location, the enormous audience and huge cast. The cast includes hundreds of children performers, numerous choirs and a full orchestra supporting stellar soloists and celebrities.

Fourth Wall Events work with the producers to ensure the iconic set retains its sparkle and luster for the television and live audiences.

The Results

This annual event continues to bring families together with Australia’s and the world’s brightest Christmas stars, and is one of the highlights of the festival season.
