Bvlgari Launch
The Brief
Fourth Wall Events were briefed to produce a stunning event to launch luxury brand Bvlgari's new Lucea range to VIP's and media. The event was to be designed and produced to echo and recreate elements of the successful Rome launch.
The Approach
In order to deliver on scale and to match the brief, Fourth Wall Events selected Bennelong Lawn as the location, designing an event that took advantage of the views to the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
A custom adapted marquee was created with a floating wooden floor and chic lining to give a flowing, luxurious Italian feel. On the outside they undertook large-scale projection to give guests an immersive experience of the brand.
Large, multi-layered gauze screens were erected on the lawn and beautiful images from the campaign were projected onto them to create a romantic look. Hundreds of candles, tested to stand the outdoor conditions, surrounded the guests on the lawn and flowers were used liberally to bring the whole space to life.
Guests arrived along a white carpet and were greeted by canapés by Steve Manfredi of Bel Mondo. Once inside the marquee they could browse through the Lucea range displayed in up lit display cabinets, brought out from Rome and installed throughout the marquee, or relax and enjoy the view on custom-sourced furniture.
The Results
Large social media coverage and trade articles instantly set the new range at the top of everyone's minds. Some of Australia's top ambassadors enjoyed a rare experience of partying around the world's best jewels.
